Rebecca Rosenthal was drawn to a career in family law from the very beginning of her legal education. While in law school at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, Rebecca took many family law focused courses, including a semester long divorce trial simulation, and clerked for a local family law firm.
After graduation, Rebecca moved to New Jersey and commenced a clerkship under Judge Barry Weisberg and Judge Christopher Rafano in the Middlesex County Family Court. When her clerkship ended, Rebecca became an associate at a family law firm in Morris County. She later relocated to Monmouth County and worked as an associate at Red Bank firm exclusively practicing family law.
Rebecca has handled cases across the family law spectrum and has appeared in courts throughout the state.
