Jennifer and her staff were amazing! Rebecca worked so well with us and made what could have been a painful and protracted prenuptial negotiation process into a short and completely painless document exchange. Her advice was really sound and I feel very protected. While I hope I don't need to make the call, if I did need to activate the prenup, I would only call Jenn McCaskill!! She is brilliant and tenacious --- She will get the job done.

Jen and her staff were amazing and I highly recommend them, particularly if your divorce involves a difficult spouse. Professional, thorough and detailed from beginning to end. The process was difficult and Jen and Seth made it tolerable and successful. They do not disappoint!

No one ever wants to go through a divorce, but if you are faced with that obstacle, look no further than Jennifer and her firm! I originally had Seth as my lawyer who made me feel comfortable and at ease. When he left the firm, Cadence became my lawyer and let me tell you, she is something out of left field! From start to finish Cadence was beyond fantastic!!! Lots of open communication, answered anything I needed within 48 hours (unless it was the weekend), and actually cared about how I was doing. From the moment I sat in their office I knew they were going to represent me. Jennifer, Cadence and anyone at the firm are the best of the best! Don't get it twisted though, for caring lawyers, they are cut throat! Do not play around with these women, they are about their business!!!! Thank you again Cadence and Jennifer. You will ALWAYS be high recommended!!!

Apologies for the late review! Jennifer's office was exceptional with my situation. Cadence primarily worked with me during my divorce. I'm happily living my life with split custody of my two boys. It was my first time ever having to get a lawyer and go to Family Court to be able to see my children. My lawyer was Cadence Hulmes and she is the best. At first it was a little scary I guess because I didn’t really know what to expect but in the end everything worked out just like she told me it would. She fought in court for me like a couldn’t even imagine. It was honestly worth every penny. I don’t really look at her as just a lawyer anymore now she more like family to me, thank you again Cadence.

I was referred to this practice by a friend who used them for a divorce. The best referrals really are from word of mouth! I was represented by both Jennifer and Cadence in my divorce and custody matters. They both were professional and very helpful. Both processes were explained thoroughly and I felt extremely prepared for both. Going through a divorce you hear of others nightmare experiences where attorneys fight for everything just to get the most money out of you. This firm couldn’t be farther from that experience. They truly operate in your best interest and give you realistic expectations. If I had any legal needs going forward I would absolutely recommend them.

When i was served in Virginia with paperwork from the other side in NJ i was at a loss I did not live in NJ so I never had a chance to meet with different attorneys in person it was the height of covid and everything was virtual. talk after talk with prospective attorneys the one thing that made me select Jen and her team was the confidence and professionalism from day 1.This process was a long one for me at no fault of ours the other side didn't want to communicate and seemed as if the resolution was not one they wanted to truthfully achieve. The entire staff at the Law Office of Jennifer McCaskill is absolutely incredible to work with. While this was my first (and hopefully last) divorce, Jennifer and Rebecca were not my first lawyers. I came to them after a trusted friend referred them when I had to part ways with my initial attorney.When I met with Jennifer in her office I was a mess- divorce is hard, and I was so absolutely stressed. She was direct, smart, and I knew immediately--she is so so so good at what she does. She broke down for me exactly what we needed to do in ways I could understand, walked through next steps, and then she assured me it would be done and I would be ok. I was so overwhelmed, and she just told me, "We've got this. Let us do the hard stuff for you." I can't explain the relief I felt.I worked with Rebecca Rosenthal on the team, and she was remarkable. So organized, so efficient, so fast. When I was anxious she explained things clearly, when she thought something was not in my best interest she told me so assertively and honestly, and explained why. I knew she was looking out for my best interest, and my child's.In addition, the office staff was around with any question I had, they followed up on things I needed to do-- they were extraordinary. They returned calls and emails quickly, if they didn't know the answer they found it out for me.Lastly, the office sponsors a divorce support group on the second Thursday of the month that I have found to be incredibly helpful.I can't express to you the gratitude I have for these women. They didn't just take a truly awful time of my life and make it easier, they legitimately made me feel--and know--that they were by my side, holding me in their light. They were 100% on my team.My only regret in the entire process is that I didn't come to them first.Hire them. You've got this.
